Merchant Application for Simple Day 2009 Merchants will need to pre-register with the Merchant Liaison no later than July 10th, 2009. Merchants must provide their own booths, tables, and chairs. If you need assistance setting up please make arrangements prior to arriving on site. Merchants can be open all day and during the evening except during Royal Court. All merchant booths must be cleared no later than 11:00 am EDT on Sunday, July 19th. A $10.00 refundable deposit (check only) is required at time of registration. This will be given back to you when your site has been cleared and checked off by the Merchant Liaison. Please send registration form and deposit check to the Merchant Liaison. DO NOT INCLUDE SITE OR FEAST FEES WITH THIS DEPOSIT.
