We will explore three in-season ingredients, each prepared in more than one way.  There will also be an overview of seasonality in general.  There will be no on-site cooking, but there will be samples of discussed dishes

If you are new to the SCA and haven't been to many events, come join us for a walk around
and learn what goes on during the day. This will be a very informal tour where you are encouraged to ask
any questions you have about what goes on at events, what to expect, what to look for, etc.
