Archiver provides a solution to document management by automatically archiving Google Apps Documents files to a common network folder.
Businesses and Individuals need to archive and recover work product for a number of reasons. For example, a critical document was accidentally deleted, legal discovery of documents are required months or years after the documents have been deleted, or malicious activities have occurred. Many businesses and public agencies are required to retain documents for certain periods of time. Document Archiving is especially important in regard to public documents or any document that would be required to be produced during a legal discovery.
Automatically or with a single click of the mouse, Archiver gives an administrator control over the entire document history of a user's account.
By using the FREE Archive Restore tool included with Archiver, an administrator can easily roll back a user's account to when the archive file was created.
The current version supports Windows XP and Vista using Internet Explorer 6 & 7
