The ‘Total and Permanent Disability’ must have continued without interruption for at least six (6) consecutive months, or for such longer period as the Company may reasonably require to establish that such disability is and will be total, continuous and permanent for the remainder of the Insured Person`s life. ‘Kehilangan Upaya Yang Kekal dan Sepenuhnya’ bermaksud ketidakupayaan Orang Tertanggung untuk melakukan sebarang pekerjaan untuk mendapat gaji atau keuntungan akibat kecederaan anggota badan atau penyakit dan ketidaupayaan Orang Tertanggung melakukan tanpa bantuan tiga atau lebih daripada yang berikut, mandi, memakai pakaian, penggunaan tandas, makan dan pergerakan bangun dan duduk dari katil atau kerusi. Ketidakupayaan Upaya Yang Kekal dan Sepenuhnya mesti kekal dan berterusan tanpa gangguan untuk tempoh minimum selama enam (6) bulan berturut-turut, atau untuk tempoh yang lebih panjang untuk Syarikat membuktikan yang ketidakupayaan tersebut adalah sepenuhnya, berterusan dan kekal untuk sepanjang hayat Orang Tertanggung.
