Silver Stampers is for seniors 50 years and up. Our membership year runs from Oct.31 to Nov. 1 of the current year. Dues are $15 payable when you join or renewed before Oct. 31. We are a non-profit club. Our dues cover the costs of printing the Members Directory, full color quarterly newsletter, various contests, award certificates for those stamping for worthy causes, and postage. Lynn Rick is the club president and Dennis Rick is our technical support; both are non-salaried. If you would like to join Silver Stampers, please make your check payable to Lynn Rick and mail to: P.O. Box 227, Rockville, MN 56369-0227. Please include a photo of yourself and one of your handmade cards for publication in one of our newsletters, Silver Stampers Gazette. 90% of our members exchange birthday cards. If you would like to be on the birthday list, please send the month and day of your birth along with your dues. One third of our membership does not have computer access, so we mail all newsletters for the time being. When your dues are received, you will be sent a Welcome packet with the current birthday list, members directory, and newsletter. Members addresses and e-mail are confidential and can only be shared with the member's permission. Dues are not prorated. If you join in mid year, you will be sent all club information from the previous months. |
