Registration FORMS
In order to compete in the St. Vrain Valley School District and as a Silver Creek High School Athlete, each student-athlete and a parent/guardian must complete a Sport Registration Packet (see attachments below). Only fully completed packets (all forms with all necessary signatures) will be accepted.
Individual forms included in the registration packet are:
FEES
$150 for the 1st and 2nd sport
$120 only for the 3rd sport
$500 family max
Credit Cards, Cash and Checks are accepted. Please make checks payable to Silver Creek High School.
In order to pay by credit card, go to the St. Vrain Valley School District website, click on the Quick links navigation (at the top right of the home page). Select the online payments site and continue to follow the prompts to Silver Creek High School. Or click here to be taken straight to the payment site.
Thank you for your support. The participation fees go toward paying transportation costs for the school year.
