Youth Football Camp 3rd - 8th Grade
Dates: August 6, 7 & 8 from 8-11:00am

Camp will be held at Silver Creek High School on the Football Field
Cost: $70.00 Includes Camp Shirt (Checks Payable to St.Vrain Valley Schools). Please complete the Registration Form to secure your spot. 
     
IMPORTANT DATES

Pre Camp Practice:  May 24 & 25 from 1-4 pm at the SCHS Football Field
                                                May 28 from 8 - 11 am at the SCHS Football Field
                                                May 29 from 1-4 pm at the SCHS Football Field

Chadron Team Camp:  May 30th - June 2nd
Deposit $50, cost for camp $180  Please let Annie Simboski or Coach A. know if you need a scholarship. 




Strength Training:  Monday, Wednesday, Friday - June 4 through August 10 from 8 - 10 am in the SCHS Weight Room.

UNC 7 on 7 Tournament:  June 16 all day @ UNC.

Air Force 7 on 7 Tournament: June 23 all day @ the Air Force Academy.

Fort Lewis 7 on 7 Tournament: June 30 all day @ Fort Lewis College.

Skill and Drill Mini Camps: Tuesdays - July 10, 17, 24, 31 from 8 - 9:30 am on the SCHS Football Field.

Football Camp at SCHS:  August 8-10

Family Pool Party:  August 10th 7-10 pm  at Sunset Pool.   All family members are welcome to attend.  

Tryouts Begin: August 13.  2:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Please bring the player information sheet with you.  All paperwork (including the contract and physical form) and participation fee must turned into Ms. Lehman in the main office BEFORE TRYOUTS. 
**You will NOT be allowed to practice until these forms are turned in**

Coach Apodaca

 
  Mike Apodaca continues his reign as head football coach at  Silver Creek.  Overall, Coach Apodaca has over 15 years coaching basketball and baseball at both the high school and youth level. Prior to coaching at Silver Creek, he was the assistant coach at Longmont High.  

 

Coach Apodaca earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Wellness Management and Fitness Leadership from the University of Sioux Falls.  While attending the University of Sioux Falls, he was a 2 year letter winner in Football.  He has also earned his Master of Arts in Sports and Recreation Management from the University of Northern Colorado.

 

Coach Apodaca is a physical education teacher at Silver Creek.  He is married to his lovely wife, Melissa and has three children: Amanda, Austin and Andre.
