I've added a few web site links on this topic to the Misc Web Sites page. I steered clear of the obvious commercial sites like NetNanny and CyberPatrol in favour of more generic advice pages. This was prompted by the first site in the list cropping up on the BBC Click programme. It has games to teach kids about how to identify advertising on web sites.
