Cocktail Party (12 items) $65pp

Saturday night and Sunday Weddings incur an additional charge of $10pp.
Children rates and public holiday bookings, please see terms & conditions.
Sitdown Weddings for over 80 guests require an additional marquee hire.

 All wedding packages include the following:

  • Room setup and clean up
  • Linen*, plates, cutlery, glassware.
  • Restaurant tables & chairs

· Restaurant Exclusivity
Weekday & Saturday lunch events, minimum spend $3,000
Saturday night and Sunday events, minimum spend $6,000

· Venue Fee
A $550 venue fee is charged by the Silos Estate for all Weddings Receptions held on the estate.

· Gratuity
A 3% gratuity is applicable on the full amount (excluding hire costs) of final invoice.

Entrée
  • Dukkah Crusted Middle Eastern Lamb Kibbeh Stuffed with Haloumi & Pine nuts and served with a Tahini & Honey Yoghurt
  • Vietnamese Chicken Salad with Mint, Peanuts, Red Capsicum & Cucumber with a Sweet Chilli & Rice Vinegar Dressing
  • BBQ Duck & Shittake Mushroom Risotto Flavoured with Coriander, Sweet Soy & Hoisin
  • Smoked Salmon Terrine. Smoked Salmon layered with Lemon & Herb Cream and served with a Fennel & Dill Salad
  • Mushroom Wellington. Mixed Wild Mushrooms with Basil wrapped in a Herb Crepe, encased in Puff Pastry and served with a Madeira Sauce

Mains
  • Lemongrass & Chilli Crusted Blue Eyed Cod with Coconut Rice and Tomato & Coriander Salsa
  • Chermoula Crusted Chicken served with Middle Eastern flavoured Couscous, Harissa & Mint Yoghurt
  • Braised Lamb Shank & Prosciutto Roll served with Parmesan Gnocchi, Red Wine Jus & Mushrooms
  • Poached Beef served with Sautéed Oyster Mushrooms, Garlic Mash and an Estate Shiraz Jus
  • Spinach & Ricotta Cheese Croquettes with a Spicy Cauliflower Puree & Yoghurt
