· Restaurant Exclusivity Weekday & Saturday lunch events, minimum spend $3,000 Saturday night and Sunday events, minimum spend $6,000
· Venue Fee A $550 venue fee is charged by the Silos Estate for all Weddings Receptions held on the estate.
· Gratuity A 3% gratuity is applicable on the full amount (excluding hire costs) of final invoice.
