We chose Silo's because we wanted an intimate wedding in a country setting- where it felt like we had invited some friends over for a special lunch.

Alenka and Andy made it all so simple. The food was exquisite ( many guests felt it was the best food they ever had at a wedding) and the wine was wonderful. We had our ceremony in front of the restaurant, then immediately had photos with the vines in the distance and pre-lunch drinks.. And then a lovely afternoon of sunshine, friends and laughter, celebrating together until the sun set behind the mountain....
 
Nothing was a problem for Alenka and Andy and we felt like they understood us and what we were wanting - from the beginning. There was no stress at anytime. If we had out time again - we would change nothing - it was a perfect wedding.

We wanted to say thank you to both of you for putting on a magnificent evening to celebrate our wedding. We really appreciated your suggestions, ideas and willingness to help us through the planning stages. The contacts you provided for hair, make-up, flowers, photographer etc ensured the event was in extremely capable hands.

When it came to the actual ‘event’ we all had a magnificent day. The setting was gorgeous. The food was delicious, the service very friendly and you didn’t miss a beat throughout the night….. evening dealing gently with a moderately intoxicated bride! You should also know that our family and friends continue to wax lyrical about the food and service, the consensus being that it was far above the usual wedding fare.

Your restaurant is situated in a stunning location and lends itself to romantic situations well, which together with the superb food (please give my thanks to the chef) ensured a truly memorable day. Our guests are still commenting on it.

Your personal attention to detail and thoughtfulness ensured the day went without a hitch. In fact it far surpassed any expectations we may have had.
