To reserve the apartment, we require an initial payment of $100-$200 ($400 for monthly rentals). Most of our guests opt to have their credit card charged for $100 and then, 30 days prior to the rental, they pay the remaining balance. In this way, there are no refunds for security deposits, as we keep your credit card number as our security in case there are any unanticipated charges.
