This page exists so that I can share with you what I've learned about modding Oblivion, Fallout 3 and the .nif mesh format using Blender and the NIF scripts.  If you're trying to make new armor, clothing, or weapons for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion or for Fallout 3, I'm here to help. 

There are several tutorials of which I was the original or primary author (still am, since nobody else bothers to edit them) on the Construction Set Wiki.  These Google pages are for tutorials that were not a good fit there but that I still wanted to have in some format more enduring than a forum post.
