Welcome to Shuksan PE

Are you ready for the 2008-2009 fitness challenge? One goal at Shuksan is for everyone to learn something new about him or herself and to improve your own fitness level. Wellness is not determined by how you look. It is determined by your sleeping, eating, and exercise habits, and most importantly how you feel about yourself.


Challenge yourself to exercise in the target heart range (120-175 beats per minutes) for 20-30 minutes daily without stopping. Get ready for a fun and rewarding year!
