hi lori i wouldnt have gone to the class reunion had it not been for your emails. i had a great time and wanted to thank you. hope you had a great time to. clare canning hubert I really enjoyed the evening very much. The place was great and nothing got
in the way of being able to move about and talk with so many friends and
acquaintances from the past. I felt like I was watching the Turner Classic
Movies station - Hey I remember that guy, didn't he have a lead comedic role
in the 1965 movie - Homeroom Study Period with Mr. Schoolcraft! And that girl
there - wasn't she the narrator of the 1960 Clarke School Travel Log -
Family Trip to Nassau, and her over there - yes she sang the hit song in
the 1961 version of American Idol (the Miss Francis 5th grade talent show).
Gee the whole experience was like time travel. Talking with so many people
who share common memories was an absolute delight! I had completely
forgotten that I ate peanut butter and jelly sandwiches every day of every year
at Clarke School! What an awakening. The evening stimulated my memory so much
that I think I removed 10 years of plaque from my aging brain!
Thanks to everyone who helped make the evening happen!
Paul Harpin Hi Susie,
I will definitely go to the website and share. But first,
thanks to you and the other committee members for all your hard work.
It was so well done. I was so happy to be remembered by our class,
since I was in private school for grades 10-12. I had a wonderful
time. It was the Best!
