Sabbatical in India (April 2010 - May 2011)
  • Developed, designed and implemented an unsupervised learning algorithm that clusters images using conformal learning theory.
Scientific Researcher/Data Analyst, Neuroimaging Centre, University Medical Centre Groningen, Groningen, The Netherlands (April 2008 - April 2010)
  • Based on the nature of density revealed by the an image, a segmentation technique was designed to decompose and latter segment the image.
  • Developed an algorithm for brain image segmentation using depth breadth search process in tree structures.
  • Designed a novel point in polygon algorithm with new definitions on “inaccessibility” and “inside” accompanied by an analytical theorem.
  • Developed a procedure to segment time series data into plausible meaningful segments.
  • Taught portions of basic Linear Algebra to PhD students.
  • Assisting PhD students in research in developing ideas for projects.

  • Designed, developed and implemented two algorithms for image segmentation in CT scans for patients with Pulmonary Embolism.
