But you do not need to practice our style of karate to use the information on this site and we welcome all ranks and all styles to visit our site and our classes. You will find that much of our written instructor training material is available on this site and we offer it for the use of all martial artists who wish to become better instructors. Feel free to print out a copy of these articles and essays for your own use. All that I ask is that you do not sell it or publish it or remove the author attribution from it. You will also find a basic set of forms for martial arts schools and we welcome you to use them for your own schools clubs, classes and programs.
