Dynamic Reports

How much detail is too much?  We believe that there's never too much, especially when using reports like you'll have for your newsletter!

Take a look at these screenshots of a demo newsletter account.  They cover all the main sections you'll see in your own reports, as well as show off the dynamic, real-time, auto-updating newsletter campaign details.

Overview
When you first click on the campaign report you want to view, an overview of all activity to the minute fills your screen.

With a glance you can see graphs on how many newsletters were delivered, opened, and bounced over time, as well as what links were followed and how many clicks per link.

Opens and Clicks
To get more detail on what happens when a newsletter is opened, you can see at what times people are opening your newsletter and when they are clicking your links.

Speaking of detail, this reports will tell you how many opens there were, but it will also discount multiple opens by a single recipient.  This gives you a more accurate number of individuals reading your newsletter.

Recipient Activity
So we've seen how many people open the newsletters, but what do they do after that? This report shows who opened and how many times, if they got bounced and what type of rejection.

Link Activity
Part of the beauty of a newsletter is the portal it opens to your world through links.  This report breaks down what specific links were clicked and how many times.

Even if you have the same link placed several times throughout your newsletter, we can still differentiate between them.  Then you'll be able to see which areas of your layout seem to be more "clickable."

Bounce Activity
Bounces--undeliverable newsletters--happen due to misspellings, changed internet services, or simply spam filters set to super-high security levels.

However, we can tell the difference between "hard bounces" and "soft bounces."  We automatically re-send soft bounce emails and remove hard bounce ones.

Campaign Comparison
So how did your last newsletter campaign go?  How did the last four compare to this most recent one?  It's good to be able to see your newsletter's effectiveness as a whole, and this report does just that.

With one look you can track levels of bounces, opens, and clicked links.
