| Puffy Eyes Some times eyes bulges without our knowledge, it causes due to over strain or stress, improper blood circulation or water imbalance. Tips to Reduce Puffy Eyes Try acupressure massage with the point where the eyes meets the bridge of the nose being the first point. Press gently with the thumb and continue pressing all the way across the lids. Repeat for the lower lid with a slight thrusting movement. Massage the second point on the other extreme of the eyes with single fingers in a circular motion. It increases blood circulation, very soon eyes will become to normal stage.
A drop of almond oil gently dabbed above and under the eyes keeps the skin there smooth and supple. Regular application is a good preventive measure of puffy eyes. Almond oil is very fine-textured oil that is easily absorbable, giving the skin a plump, healthy feel.
Keep a chilled tea bag (herbal) on the eyes for 10 minutes and relax. This gets rid of puffy eyes. You can do Surya namaskar (yogic exercise) everyday in fresh air to reduce frequently getting puffy eyes.
Try to reduce your salt intake in your diet, if puffy eyes prolongs.
