    My intention is to listen to a your needs, cater the session to your body, and use the most effective techniques to unlock tight or stressed muscles.  I use Deep Tissue Massage techniques, Myofascial release, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation; which is an excellent stretching technique used to reduce superficial muscular tension quickly and effectively), as well as soothing Swedish Massage strokes.  By regularly checking in with my client, we are able to get to the root of the tension pattern and encourage a release to occur. 

    Everyone is capable of healing themselves, sometimes we need a little reminder that helps our bodies remember what it feels like to be fluid and freely moving.  Massage can be that reminder, but the real work is done by the person on the table.  Massage is a dance between practitioner and client, a person must be ready to let go, breathe, and allow their body to guide the session.
