| Love, hate, joy, fear and grief are all emotions. Every day we have different emotions. When you receive the present from your friend, you would be very happy and sweet. When you are scolded by your boss, you would feel very upset. Usually we need an appropriate approach to release your emotion, balance your emotion, express your feeling. It’s quite important for your mental health. For example, when ladies have bad mood, they may go shopping crazily or cry out loudly. After that, they would feel more comfortable.
