On June 7, 2008, at Starbucks Coffee Shop in Di Wang Building, we held the New Officer Meeting to discuss next term’s club management. Our VP Education Judy Zhu, VP Membership Jasmine Zhai, Treasurer Roberts Luo, Secretary Tammy Tan, SAA Sun Zhang attended the meeting. Jane Lee and Sarah He also attended the meeting to support next term’s work. The meeting worked out plans for President's Distinguished Club program, club website establishment & maintain, club name card format & printing, financial balance & expenditure, etc. |
