My knight in Behind every succcesful man, is a very confused woman. Behind every succesful woman, is a very lazy man.
Day One - this page, yes - this one.
The damsel in de-stress. Ahhh... contact details... | Another page, another opportunity. Opportunity for what, you may ask. Or not. It probably depends on your level of curiosity, and sadly, intelligence. I say sadly not because of the lack of intelligence out in the world, but at the fact that I, myself, would not have thought to ask the question: What opportunity? Indeed, having asked the question, and in fact, having stated the statement, I am at a loss to answer. So... moving swiftly along, I'll start at the beginning of a story you won't hear the end of, for reasons only I will understand, and quite possibly, you will come to guess. (And yes, the easy answer would be: Egomaniacal tendencies, but let us pretend that there are deeper and darker meanings at work.) In the beginning, there was the much debated and hotly protested case of word become flesh. And thus was the first argument born. From not very much at all, as arguments tend to be. But it was brought into being, and set circumstances firmly on the tracks of, well, it just set circumstances. Because it was only then that man, and then woman, were created. Made, created, moulded, grown, evolved - pick a word and use it. There they were, and this is where the second argument becomes a reality. For it was only once the second argument could be, that the first argument would be debated. Back to man and woman. One of them did something, and told the other about it, and before you knew it, circumstances (hardly even set in their tracks, the tracks being newly laid) were disrupted and kicked out of Paradise along with the arguing couple. And that is when man, and his new-suffering wife, made, birthed, etc, children. Ahh, at least I come to a conclusion - of sorts. Children, inevitably not mine, are coming to visit. And I have realised, a day too late, that I have no television to speak of. I've developed a headache and a desire to hibernate that is all out of sorts with the warm weather at this time. It's called a drought due to a heatwave, and will only serve to make the children less amenable. I know it. | Random artistic endeavours... writing and whatnot.

Altruism is never a virtue by virtue of its nature, only when seen from afar through the lense of love or empathy does it become noble.
