Lets Begin:

Open New canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white, you can resize later.

Open up your long Pink Frame, resize it by 70% copy and paste onto canvas

Open your Burgundy Paper, and get your magic wand selections modify expand by 5,

then copy and paste paper

into frame then selections Invert Delete, Keep selected and

 Open your tube of choice then click on tube layer and delete,

make sure your tube is on top of paper but below the frame.

Drop your Opacity down to 55 on layers palette,

Merge all Down, Now Duplicate your frame etc and Image mirror

place slightly apart then merge down again....

Open up your Pink Banner and place at the top of the frames

and erase your ends with your selection tool.

Open you Pink Bows resize those at 35% and place at end of the banner,

Open another Tube of choice and place her in the middle of the 2 frames,

Open your LoveTape 2 use your deform tool to pull it in then place

 a rose at each end of the wording resize those at 30%.

If your tube is overhanging the wording erase any excess

I used the selection tool to remove the lower part..

X out background and merge all visible..Then Drop shadow everything at 5, 5, 50, 5 black

 Add All Copyrights and your name...
