Fishing for some new books?  fish reading

Try stories written by these authors!

Every two weeks I introduce new authors to the children.  I encourage them to read various genres, too.  I might share books that are series, fictional picture books, poetry, or nonfiction.  This will give the students ideas for choosing "just right" or appropriate texts as he or she visit libraries.  Check out this idea list for reading at home.
