Criteria - For a ship’s newsletter that reflects the personality of the ship; show diverse submissions from its membership; and with items of science fact as well as science fiction, is informative as well as entertaining. (NOTE: Computer generated newsletters will be judged separately from "cut & paste" (manual layout). There can be Monthly, Bi-Monthly and Quarterly receipients of this award.
