 REGION ONE CADET OF THE YEAR
Citation FOR THE MOST OUTSTANDING CADET OF THE YEAR. Criteria For a member up to 18 years of age, who has shown significant involvement on his/her starship, does very well in school, and shown an avid interest in science fact. The cadet may have also taken a course(s) at STARFLEET Academy. The Commanding Officer recommends this eligible cadet. Submission not to exceed 750 words.
Ribbon Rust Devices Bronze "1" and Silver Oak Leaf for subsequent awards.
