The Board of Directors is made up of nine people from around the Diocese who are either members of local churches or students at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Four members are appointed by the Bishop of Milwaukee, three are elected by the West Convocation of the Diocese of Milwaukee, and two members are students who are appointed by the Chaplain of St. Francis House. The Bishop of Milwaukee and the Chaplain of St. Francis House are also members of the Board.

The Board guides the Chaplain and students in making decisions about the direction of the ministry, matters of the budget and promoting the ministry throughout the Diocese.
