Teachers Aide (* Teens Only) Duties & Responsibilities: Assist instructor with gathering course material & composing lesson plan, Assists instructors with class,work with Participants on a one-to-few basis, maintain a neat and sensible appearance in accordance to SFC guidelines. Qualifications: Must be able to make correct change, brew coffee, interpersonal skills, organized, patient, comfortable working with all ages, maintain a neat and sensible appearance in accordance to SFC guidelines. Ambassador Duties & Responsibilities: Greet Participants & make certain they sign-in at front desk, direct participants to correct class locations, provide facility maps as needed, assist with questions regarding schedules and/or facility. Qualifications: Exceptional interpersonal skills, enjoy working with the public, clear and audible speaking voice, patient, comfortable working with all ages, maintain a neat and sensible appearance in accordance to SFC guidelines. Administrator Duties & Responsibilities: Oversee “teachers lounge,” maintain volunteer time sheets & volunteer schedule, answer questions, make telephone calls to verify attendance as needed, duties will vary from day to day. Qualifications: Must be organized and flexible, interpersonal skills, maintain a neat and sensible appearance in accordance to SFC guidelines Runner Duties & Responsibilities: Assist Senior Friendship Centers staff with Set-up (i.e. moving chairs, making copies, etc.), act as liaison between participants, volunteers and staff, duties will vary from day to day.
