We're closing the main streets in downtown Seymour for the second Seymour Founders Day Celebration!!! On June 5th from 10am-6pm (Rain Date: June 12th), the Town of Seymour will hold its Second Founders Day event. It will be a day of education and celebration of Seymour’s rich history, past & present. It will be a day of community pride, entertainment and family fun for all its residents and those of neighboring communities. There will be plenty of interesting activities for all ages, as the streets of Downtown Seymour are closed off to car traffic and converted into a very special town-wide festival. Free parking will be available at the Silvermine Industrial Park.
