Hello Everyone! Welcome!

I am Seygyi, a student at Shanghai Maritime University.

Now I am learning Digital Image Processing Application on Electronic Navigation such as Radar Image Compression,Transmission and Radar Image Overlay on the Electronic Charts.

I use Visual C++, C++ and C programming languages as the tools for my study.

 အထက္ပါဓာတ္ပံုမွာ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ႏွင့္ ကၽြန္ေတာ္၏ မဟာဘြဲ႕က်မ္းျပဳ ႀကီးၾကပ္ဆရာ တြဲဖက္ပါေမာကၡ ရင့္ရွိကၽြန္း(ယာဖက္)ႏွင့္ အျခားတြဲဖက္ပါေမာကၡ ဆရာတစ္ေယာက္ (ဝဲဖက္)တို႔ ရွန္ဟိုင္းေရေၾကာင္းပညာတကၠသိုလ္၊ ဟိုင္ယြင္(ပင္လယ္တိမ္ျပာ) ေဟာ္တယ္၌ ၂၀၀၆ခုႏွစ္၊ အဂၤလိပ္ႏွစ္ကူး ညစာစားပြဲတြင္ အမွတ္တရ ရိုက္ကူး ထားခဲ႔ျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။
