To get here : Take Tram 4 which departs every 10 minutes from the left hand side tram stops in front of Amsterdam Central station, and step out at the Prinsengracht. You can buy a ticket from the usually very helpful tram conductor ! Tram 4 takes you past sites like the Dam Square, the flowermarket and Munttoren and Rembrantsplein.
Getting around: Just a short distance along Kerkstraat, you will find Mikes Bicycle hire and tours where you can hire a bike for as little as 7 euros per day

Hermitage Museum :
This newly opened Museum holds a collection of priceless works on loan from the famous Hermitage Museum in St Petersburg.
Flowermarket : The last of Amsterdams floating markets, the Bloemenmarket. In the past flowers and plants were sailed up the Amstel and moored here to be sold directly from the boats. It is situated a short walk
away beside the Munttoren (Mint tower) , which is one of the site of one the original city gates. Its bells ring every 15 minutes
Albert Cuypmarkt : Named after a dutch landscape painter and dating back to 1904, this bustling market street with more than 300 stores selling almost everything you can imagine !
Vondelpark : This attractive park is a good place to relax after a visit to the nearby Van Gogh and Rijks Museums
Brewerij het IJ : A working windmill that also brews its own beer ! Tram 10 from Frederiksplein takes you here.

Tuschinski Theater : An immaculately maintained Art Deco masterpiece, this grand building is now used as a 6 screen cinema. In its hey dey, Marlene Dietrich performed here.
Magere Brug : Maybe the most famous of Amsterdams 1,400 or so Windmills, originally constructed in 16470. It is a traditional double leaf wooden draw bridge that spans the Amstel at the end of Kerkstraat
Spiegelstraat : A small lane packed with Antiques and Collectables that leads onto Museumplein where you find ...
Van Gogh and Rijks Museum : Host beautifully presented objects of art and social history
Anne Frank House : A very scenic walk along the Prinsengracht takes you to this famous house, and also past the Westerkerk
