A copy of the latest Annual Resource Guide is attached below. LEADERSHIP MANUAL The Leadership Manual is a resource guide for synodical, cluster and congregational leaders. It includes an explanation of the four expressions of the Women of the ELCA - churchwide, synodical, cluster (or conference) and congregational - as well as job descriptions for the leadership of each expression.
