I work with a range of issues which include:  Relationship difficulties; low self esteem; anxiety; stress; depression; panic attacks; trauma and abuse; sexuality and gender and have experience in working with more severe issues including disorders of the sense of self.

If I am not able to help I am able to assist with referral to other qualified counsellors and psychotherapists in Kent and Sussex.

I make no charge is made for an initial assessment, this is an opportunity to meet,  to put a face to a name, discuss what help you are seeking and to decide if I am the right therapist to help you.    I operate a sliding scale of fees payable for subsequent sessions.

Clinics are available in Brighton and Crowborough, East Sussex.

Please see my Frequently Asked Questions page for further information and guidance on choosing a therapist.

I am also able to offer on-line counselling, please contact me for further information.    Click here to send email enquiry.
