1. Branches may only enter 1 Team

            2. Team members MUST be members of that Branch

            3. Maximum number per team - 4

              Minimum number per team - 2

            4. 2012 Team to comprise:

·   1 x 2 day 80km [ no maximum limit]

·   1 x 50Km [ no maximum limit]

·   1 x 30Km [ must not be above BTF standard]

·   1 x Pleasure [must not be above BTQ standard]

5. The Grading System will apply with the event being run

    under Competitive Ride Rules

            Pleasure Riders must complete within 8Kmph – 11Kmp

          6. Branches must declare their Teams at time of entry.

         7. Substitutions will be allowed up to 1/2 hour before the start 

           of the first Class. Substitute horses and riders must be 

           eligible according to the conditions of the Class.

           All substitutions must be notified to the Ride Administrator                

           before starting.

          8. Results will be calculated thus:

            a] Number of Riders Home

            b] Least Penalties

            c] Distance completed

            d] Average Team Heart Rate

            e] Comparison of Heart Rates in team equivalents.
