This facilitates the development of 360-degree techniques for facing the opponents attacking from all sides. Footwork, posture and Djurus are all intrinsic to the Tiga. The Pantjar is the more advanced, three-dimensional training platform for the development of constant, fluid changes and awareness. These training platforms are drawn on the floor and serve to guide the development of multidimensional movement skills based on singular and multiple-opponent attack. |
