- Opera 10.5+
- SeaMonkey 2.0+
- requires (a different?) Greasemonkey
- Greasemonkey might require the Nightly Tester Tools

- Script should be set as an End Script
- Block TEA en(de?)cryption does not work — settings synchronization is not functional and may corrupt existing stored settings
What the crap is it?
This script redisplays post comments on Sensible Erection
in a more easily interpreted nested tree (as well as adding a bit of
flair to an otherwise generally monochromatic site). It adds several
useful features.
A typical Sensible Erection discussion. Notice the trite debates and wanton use of vulgarity:
After installing the script, the configuration options can be accessed when you are on any SE entry page. NOTE: If you're using Firefox or SeaMonkey and the configuration options fail to appear, refresh the page you're on and try again. As far as I'm aware, Google Chrome and Opera don't have this problem.
Here's the same discussion, albeit still trite and vulgar. Older
comments are khaki-colored and have a gray dotted border. Newer
comments have a redish tint and a solid red border. (Update: Sensible Facial now includes style themes. These screenshots are outdated, but you still get the idea.)
If
you have discussions nested within other discussions, with several
branches in the tree, without this script it can be difficult to
determine to which troll a comment is responding. To whom is jamjam
responding?
The [=|#] button reveals that jamjam is, in fact, responding to Caffeine. Gee Willikers, that's swell!
You no longer have to load a separate page to reply to a comment...
... nor to moderate a comment. You can even mod yourself if you think you're worthy.
Click
these arrow buttons to jump to the next / previous new comment. Screw
scrolling through a 250-comment post looking for the three new ones you
haven't read yet!
The watch list now uses space more efficiently and lets you organize your watched posts into user-defined categories. Single-click watched entries for options, or double-click to visit.
Themes, bitches!
Here is a discussion with full bloat enabled. Note that some features are undocumented here. Play around in the configuration options (see 2nd screenshot from the top) for up-to-the-minute features.
