Not Scripts

Rift

Note: This script is rather outdated now. It doesn't include minerals, gathering/cooking items, alchemical metals/primes, or various other items added after the script was created. If you wish to use it, it will need some modifications.

This script changes the output when viewing your rift, so that it includes all items, even if you currently have 0 of that item. It also tracks the contents of your rift, and allows you to filter the rift output by category, or only see a certain item.

Instructions
IR: See the contents of your rift. It will be organised into herbs, inks, comms, crystals, and misc.
IR <category>: See only a certain category of items. Again, the categories are herbs, inks, comms, crystals, and misc.
IR <item>: See how many of the specified item you have.
RIFTRESET: Resets the variables that track your rift contents. It will also sort the items into alphabetic order, in case you've added something or changed the order.

The amount numbers will be coloured based on whether they're 0, low, normal, or high. The defaults are dark red for 0, bright red for low (10 or less), white for normal (11-1000) and gold for high (>1000). You can change the colour values and limits by changing the RiftColours and RiftColourLimits databases.

Just a note, the script will likely be somewhat slow in displaying the rift contents.

There's a bug/quirk in Achaea with pagelength and the rift. It treats every item in the rift as a separate line for the purposes of pagelength, even though there's actually three items per line. So with the default pagelength of 20, you can only see 7 lines (21 items) of the rift before having to enter MORE. If the entire rift isn't displayed, and you have to enter MORE to see the rest, the script won't capture the entire contents of your rift. There's not really a good way to work around this in zMUD without making the script very slow (1-2 seconds minimum to display the rift, even with no lag) and it will look much less clean. The only solution is to set your pagelength high enough to display the entire rift at once. A pagelength of 60 should be enough for every riftable item I'm aware of.
