Membership Requirements
  • Undergraduate or Graduate student enrolled in Communication Sciences and Disorders program
  • 2.5 for Undergraduate students and 3.0 for Graduate students
  • Application Dues are $15 (Spring)  and will include the new standard NSSLHA T-shirt. Dues are $7 if returning member (only membership, not including shirt). 
  • Attend 2 meetings and 1 event per semester

What type of events are involved in NSSLHA?

·         Fundraisers such as garage sales, pizza/game night, Spring/Fall parties, raffles, etc.

·         Guest speaker presentations: SLPs, Audiologists, Parent Panel, Autism specialists, and more

·         Meetings to discuss ASHA convention

How often are the meetings?

       ·     Once a month

What do I need to do to maintain an                 active local NSSLHA member status?


·         Attend 2 meetings, 1 event for 2 consecutive years

  •   ·    Pay dues per semester
