I have received great joy and practical help in my spiritual life by reading Ian’s book “WHO AM I? “  - What Does The Bible Say?

This book is completely biblical based and the reader on almost every page  is encourage to search scripture verses .Ian is a scripture teacher and I found this wonderful book full of Godly teaching and information. I would encourage you as I have to read this most worthwhile book "WHO AM I?".

Many years ago I went to my first Minister’s conference and I felt like the New Kid on the block, everyone seemed to know each other, meeting each other with a hug and a warm smile and this of course is normal. I thought that the time at this conference was wonderful and it was great to see the love people showed.

A day had passed with speakers talking about topics and issues for pastor enrichment. I have always been one to observe the goings on around me before I speak or do anything; I like to know my environment.

I had to overcome my own fears so as to relax with all these mighty men and women of God all around me.

We sat down to lunch wherever a chair was available and I sat down at a table where I knew one person there. There were two chairs available which meant one was vacant after I sat down, which then was subsequently filled by a very powerful teacher of the Word.

All started talking about what they had been doing and how they had dealt with certain issues. They talked about their salvation experiences too, I didn’t feel like talking. In actual fact I felt a little overawed.

In between bites of food would be a moment of silence before someone else would talk, the eminent teacher turned and asked me in a very friendly way, “Who are you?” I think he did this to bring me into the fellowship with my peers. I blurted out, “I’m a son of God, born-again, Spirit filled, tongue talking, fire breathing Christian who will tell anyone about Jesus who wants to hear and you can call me Ian”, he almost choked on his food but let out a great laugh and smiled and nodded, he knew I knew.

I have thought about, “Why did I say that?” as a young Pastor. I realized it had come from my teaching I had been taught about being a New Creation and what had been put in and imparted to me is what came out under pressure.

As years have passed I have observed some of my brothers and sisters walking with their heads down and without a smile on their faces. This has led me to write this book in the hope that many will come to the knowledge of what God has deposited in us and upon us, in our new exciting state and standing.

It is my prayer that this book will help you to achieve great things in your life through the power and knowledge of the Holy Spirit dwelling in your heart through the free gift of God.
