It is here we see Jesus commanding His followers to go into all the world to make disciple of nations and for His followers to baptize all who believe in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Matthew 28:18 And Jesus coming up spoke to them, saying, All power has been given me in heaven and upon earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptising them to the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit; 20 teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have enjoined you. And behold, *I* am with you all the days, until the completion of the age. (DARBY) Jesus’ instructions are Mark 16:15, quantitatively: "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation" (cf. Luke 24:47).
