                                                        Isshin-Ryu  is one system of karate that anyone who has the desire can learn.  There is nothing conplicated about it.  It is the simplest form of karate there is, yet it contains the most powerful and devastating techniques of any martial arts system.  You will never have to worry about taking another system of karate once you begin training in Isshin-Ryu.
