You need to pick up a permission slip and a requirements package from the office at Southeast High School or Southeast Middle School or you can request one by sending an email to deannewmaynard@gmail.com. Please have it filled out and signed by your parents and turn it in on or before the first day of tryouts. Without the permission slip signed, you can not try out for the Falcon’s Dance Team. Also, a physical is required by the school system before you will be allowed to tryout. Three teacher recommendation forms will need to be completed and delivered to the coach before a decision on acceptance to the SEHS Varisty Dance Team is made.
