The development zone has been created to meet the needs of our social work lecturers and students who use it to carry out training and role play sessions. Within the zone are 16 colour coded rooms which can be individually configured to simulate a particular environment or setting that students can then use to further develop their skills. The rooms have one wall missing so that student interactions can be observed and recorded by staff who can then give feedback to students after the session has been completed. |
