CWC 19 is the Second Colombian Workshop on Coding Theory which takes place at Barranquilla on the Caribbean coast of Colombia. It will bring together researchers working on error correcting codes, network codes  and related topics. The event is organized by the Department of Mathematics of  Universidad del Norte-Colombia with the support of the Universidad de los Andes-Colombia, the University of Magdeburg-Germany, the University of Zurich-Switzerland  and  Colciencias.
