Programming: an introduction with R

   This 6-hour-long course aimed at giving students the basic notions in programming, allowing them to solve simple data analysis problems when adequate tools are not available. The example chosen here was based on the research of latencies at which a neuron triggers action potentials.

   With Tiffany Lieury, we chose to use R, a free and platform-independent software/langage proposing numerous pre-implemented basic functions, and allowing  to generate nice graphics to visualize data.
