Ingredients 400g Dried Linguine 350 g Dungeness Crab Meat 3 Cloves Garlic, chopped 2 Red Chilies, chopped 1/2 Cup Olive Oil Juice of 2 Lemon and more to taste Fresh chopped Parsley (Optional) Fresh chopped Fennel Top (Optional) Sea Salt to taste Freshly Ground Black Pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil Method In a large saucepan, cook the garlic with olive oil on a low heat until they are light golden in color. Remove the pan from the heat. Toss in the chilies, crabmeat and season well with salt and pepper. Cook the linguine according to the packet directions and drain thoroughly. Mix the linguine into the crab mixture. Serve immediately with some chopped parsley or herbs from the fennel top, extra virgin olive oil and lemon wedges on the side. |
