  • Manage a team of 11 .NET and SharePoint developers with a concurrent development project load of 14-20 projects.

  • Lead development of VB.NET web-based applications that streamline and improve internal business processes for our 3,500+ employees.  The applications are created for any department within the company that has a business need and therefore they cover numerous types of business processes.  For a full list of the applications we have developed or that we support, click here.

  • Led the development of a Business Continuity Planning web-based application which enabled our Disaster Recovery product team to provide web-based access to 100's of customers to manage their disaster recovery plans.  The application was written in VB.NET with a SQL Server 2005 back-end.

  • Recognized as a source of information, company wide, both by people worked with on a regular basis and by people who were referred to me by others.

  • Responsible for all Microsoft .NET development, all Microsoft SharePoint development as well as support and maintenance of legacy applications written in Microsoft VB/ASP, Delphi, and Adobe ColdFusion.

  • Responsible for our server environments including 10 servers in our .NET/SharePoint development environment and 28 servers in our production .NET/SharePoint environment.

  • Developed a series of conference management applications that included customer registration, employee registration and an API that moved the data between my ColdFusion application and the vendor application, PeopleWare.  As Supervisor I led the redesign of the application in the .NET platform utilizing VB.NET/ASP.NET.
