Platinum Grant- $3000 and up

·         Logo placed on sleeve of Annual Meeting T-shirt.

·         One Exhibitor Booth directly outside the physician scientific session meeting rooms.

·         6 tickets to the Friday evening event.

·         6 tickets to the Saturday evening President’s Event.

·         Certificate of Appreciation presented during President’s Event.

Gold Grant- $1000- $1999

Bronze Grant- up to $499

·         Recognition at registration table and outside the scientific sessions.

 

Exhibitors-$1300

·         4 Tickets to the Friday Evening event.
