Member Registration- This category is for Members who have paid their 2012 Annual Dues of $50. Cost is $400 before April 30, $450 after April 30
Non Member Registration- This category is Non Members. The fee is the registration fee and the $50 dues for 2011. Cost is $450 before April 30, $500 after April 30
Resident, Fellows & Allied Professionals- Registration Fee is $350 before April 30, $400 after April 30
Physician Member Couple- This category is for couples who will be attending the educational seminars together. Both people will be registered for the conference. Registration fee is $500 before April 30 and $550 after April 30. Both attendees need to pay the annual Seaboard dues of $50 per year per person. |
