Aramark EventsSDSU Habitat raises funds by working for SDSU Dining Services (Aramark). Our members donate their time (typically 2-4 hrs) to service at dining events that occur on campus. Blask dress pants and a white t-shirt are all that is required to help out. If you would like to volunteer your time please contact us. Dance SDSU Habitat will be holding a dance in the VBR on January 21, 2010. Build at SDSU worksite SDSU Habitat for Humanity members can participate in the construction of multiple homes in the Brookings community. We work with the local affiliate (Brookings Area Habitat for Humanity) to construct a home sponsored by the SDSU chapter. Chili Feed
Festival of Cultures Table Each year SDSU hold a Festival of Cultures which SDSU Habitat for Humanity has a booth to display awareness information. Some years we use this event as a fundraiser and sell food at our booth. Box City According to figures provided by the US Department of Health and Human Services, up to 600,000 men, women, and children go homeless each night in the US. Please join SDSU Habitat for Humanity members in the construction of a cardboard house on SDSUs campus to promote the removal of homelessness in our community, state, and nation.
